Silvana Beloiu, DVM, CVA, CVCH, CVFT
Dr. Beloiu was born and raised in Bucharest, Romania. She graduated from the Agricultural Science and Veterinary Medicine University in 1997 and worked as a veterinarian for 3 years in a small animal clinic in Romania until moving to the United States. She worked as a vet nurse until she completed the requirements of ECFVG at Iowa State University in 2007 and began working as a veterinarian. She enjoys performing surgeries including using CO2 Laser, dentistries, and preventative care. She is also certified in Acupuncture, Herbal Therapy, and Food Therapy by Chi University. She practices an integrative approach by combining Western and Chinese medicine to achieve the best care of her patients. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and their cat, Emma. She also enjoys cooking, rollerblading, ice skating, traveling, and crocheting. She is very excited to join the Animal Medical Center team and wants to provide her patients a great quality of care.
